Fear and worry can make life difficult to navigate, especially when you experience these things often. When you struggle with anxiety you may find it difficult to concentrate, make decisions, or control the worrying or fear you experience. At times you may be so affected by your anxiety that you may feel on the edge or find it hard to sleep. Anxiety not only invades your thoughts, but it can also affect you physically. There is no need to feel alone with your anxiety, as many people suffer with some form of anxiety throughout their lives. The key to anxiety is not how to get rid of it, but rather learning how to control your anxiety and not let it control you.
Clients that struggle with anxiety and seek my services are encouraged to explore the triggers to their anxiety. Once this is discovered, I work with clients on learning how to begin challenging their anxieties and facing their fears. I believe in providing safety for my clients, all while gently challenging them to reach the goals they set for themselves.
If you are struggling with anxiety, feel free to contact me for a free 15 minute consultation to see if I will be a good fit for you. In the event that you are experiencing an emergency, or mental health crisis, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
